With the mass production of large-size, high-quality single crystal and polycrystalline diamonds, its applications in the semiconductor field will fully expand. Our team, after nearly 30 years of dedicated research, has achieved self-sufficient manufacturing of MPCVD equipment, material growth, material processing, device manufacturing and application, and performance characterization, creating a full ecological chain. The Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education
Our company is based on the Key Laboratory of Wide-Bandgap Semiconductor Materials and Devices at Xi‘an Jiaotong University, primarily engaging in the R&D of single-crystal diamond equipment, materials, and devices. We achieve comprehensive coverage of wide-bandgap semiconductors, from material growth and device design to performance characterization and platform construction. Over the past five years, we have published more than 100 papers in renowned international journals such as ,Carbon, Applied Physics Letters, Diamond and Related Materials, Optical Express, and Laser & Photonics Reviews. We have applied for 120 international and domestic invention patents, progressively elevating these patents to industry or national technical standards.
